Booming Southlake Texas CPA Firm seeks an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper. If you truly understand accounting and connect well with clients this is a big plus. We are looking for an exceptional person who has the desire and the potential to be a Full-Charge Bookkeeper and with the responsibilities not limited to:
Create financial statements and related financial reports using QuickBooks
Create payroll tax reports, sales tax reports and related reports using QuickBooks
Prepare payroll tax returns and sales tax returns
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
Maintain an orderly filing system and chart of accounts
Knowledge of Income-Tax Basis General Ledger Bookkeeping and accounting principles
Fluency in QuickBooks
Fundamental knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
