We are seeking motivated, hard-working Skilled Laborers to join our team and work FT. Successful candidates will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks ranging from basic construction and maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the smooth operation of our projects. This position works within a team as well as independently and must possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks.

Performing basic construction, maintenance, and repair work.
Following established safety rules and regulations.
Set up and breakdown of work areas.
Operating power and hand tools.
Load and unload materials.
Performing general clean-up and other assigned duties.
Skilled Laborer Requirements and Qualifications, all are a MUST.
Previous experience as a skilled laborer or related position.
Knowledge of basic construction and maintenance techniques.
Able to use power and hand tools.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and your OWN RELIABLE transportation.
