We are looking for an onsite resident property manager for our community. Position is part-time and we provide a base salary and rental commissions. Candidate will need to live in the community and brand new housing will be provided.
Candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Prior Leasing or Property Management is a plus
- Organizational skills
- People skills
- Problem Solving
- Smart Phone - Texting/Photos/Emails etc.
- Basic Computer Skills - We can train
- Fluent Spanish - Many tenants speak Spanish, Spanish will be a plus
