DUTIES INCLUDE:
Collection of rent from tenants
Advertise vacant properties
Conduct property tours and interview prospective tenants
Prepare leases and amendments to leases
Set up utilities for new or vacant properties
Inspect properties and arrange for repairs
Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations
Data entry into QuickBooks
Tracking of income and expenses by property
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in property management
Working knowledge of Excel
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Ability to pass reference, background and credit checks. Must be Bondable
Self-motivated, quick learner and ability to solve problems independently
Solid communication and interpersonal skill's
