We are looking for a full-time maintenance person for our mobile home park.
Technical and Mechanical Skills:
Basic Electrical Work: Knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot and repair wiring, lighting, outlets, and breakers.
Plumbing: Ability to maintain and repair water pipes, fixtures, lift station and other plumbing systems.
Carpentry and Construction:
Skills in carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general construction work.
Equipment and Machine Maintenance:
Understanding of equipment manuals, performing preventive maintenance, and repairing machinery.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess issues, find root causes, and determine the most effective repair method.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in diagnosing issues and carrying out precise repairs.
Physical Abilities:
Manual Dexterity: Comfort with using tools, handling repairs, and assembling/disassembling components.
Physical Stamina:
Capability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Safety-Conscious:
Understanding and applying safe work practices.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Customer Service: Communicating with tenants, staff, or residents professionally and politely.
Time Management and Organization:
Scheduling and Prioritization: Organizing tasks, managing time, and balancing emergency repairs with routine maintenance.
Inventory Management:
Keeping track of tools and parts.
Base Salary:
$2500.00 monthly
Free 3-bedroom 2 bath home (includes water/trash/lawn maintenance)
Total benefit package is $4000.00
