HVAC Tech/Part Time/ Moonlight - NEEDED for Weekends and/or Evenings.
Duties:
Calibrate/Troubleshoot CENTRAL CHILLER SYSTEM with Pneumatic Controls.
BI-MONTHLY: freshwater rinse of rooftop chiller & coils, check running condition etc.
WEEKLY: Calibrate pneumatic room sensors, troubleshoot VAV boxes and air flow, AHU belts
and dampers, chill water control valve. Evaluate/Retrofit tstats.
Hourly rate depending upon experience. Please reply by email or send resume by email.
