The Rockport Beach House Hotel (currently operating as The Blue Wave) is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Onsite Manager (individual or couple) to live and work at one of the best-located properties in Rockport—right across from the festival grounds and a short walk to Rockport Beach!
We’re in the process of transforming the hotel into one of the top boutique stays in the region, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of that journey.
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing and personable—great with guests!
Handy and proactive—able to assist with basic maintenance and daily operations
Responsible and reliable—ready to help elevate the guest experience
Must live onsite (accommodations provided)
Ideal for individuals or couples
No pets and no smoking preferred
