Full job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Motel/RV guests.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage reservations and parking arrangements - Assist in maintaining cleanliness - Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a positive experience - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Prior experience in guest services or customer service is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor - Strong communication skills - Familiarity with the public, computer literacy a must, and cash handling is a plus Join our team and part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Schedule:
3-6 hour shift - afternoon/evenings
every other weekend, some back-to-back
Some late shift
Occasional relief coverage for other staff
