As a Solution Architect on the Solution team, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for:  Customer Engagement and CommunicationUnderstand client’s overall business priorities and success measures, provide strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges.Use knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long term relationship and credibility with customers individually or at scaleActs as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams.Architecture, Design and DeploymentRun Architectural Design Session(s) to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments.Build, lead, and federate cross-functional teams around pre-sales, POC and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts.Technical leadershipLead the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutionsDriving Customer SuccessLead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.
