Description Job Title: Partner Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic marketing initiatives with partners to drive mutual growth, enhance brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful execution of joint marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with partners to support collaborative marketing efforts.

Create Co-Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement joint marketing plans, focusing on demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Execute Campaigns: Plan and oversee co-branded campaigns, including content creation, webinars, events, social media, and email marketing initiatives.

Analyze and Report Performance: Track and measure the success of partner marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Enablement and Training: Provide partners with marketing tools, resources, and training to effectively promote joint offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align efforts and maximize the impact of partnership initiatives.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Explore new partnership opportunities to expand the company’s reach and customer base.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing or partner/channel marketing roles.

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and co-marketing best practices.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools/platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation software).

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
