Project Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical and plumbing systems. This individual will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Collaborate with teams to ensure mechanical and plumbing systems are installed and maintained according to specifications.
Write RFI's (Requests for Information) and assemble submittals.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
Work closely with team on O&M (Operations and Maintenance) and closeout documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Solid understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
Ability and willingness to learn Trimble Project Sight and Trimble Viewpoint Spectrum.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience working with RFI’s, submittals, and blueprints.
Ability to follow set working hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (no exceptions).
Additional Information:
Starting pay: $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Full-time position with a focus on consistency in work hours.
