Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Manager in Farmer's Branch, Texas. The individual will play a crucial role in leading our inside sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and setting up our team for success. In this position, you will be responsible for training, motivating, and providing inside sales support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities Oversee training and motivation initiatives for a team of sales representatives in a dynamic and team-oriented setting. Implement progressive coaching, and counseling strategies for all associates to strengthen their grasp of sales concepts, principles, and practices. Equip call center sales agents with the skills to effectively respond to customer queries, concerns and troubleshoot issues with services or products. Ensure agents adhere to all call center sales objectives, performance standards, and policies. Address agent queries regarding best practices or challenging calls. Identify operational issues and propose potential improvements. Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and implementing corrective action, if necessary. Prepare and analyze reports to assist management in determining call center sales goals. Collaborate with other supervisors and management team members to support agents, maximize customer satisfaction and transaction sales. Listen to calls to ensure compliance, script adherence and provide feedback for improvement. Identify improper communication that needs to be corrected. Collaborate with Team Leads to assist in coaching agents and developing future leaders.Requirements Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services. Proficiency in using Avaya CMS. Solid understanding of CRM systems. Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Knowledge of ERP Solutions. Familiarity with About Time software. Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively. Experience in Auditing, preferably in a customer service setting. Competency in Billing Functions. Experience in managing Cash Activity.
