DescriptionResponsibilities:Functions include but are not limited to:
Scheduling Controller (Trucking companies)
Must be able to communicate directly to corporate personal, upper management, and security personal
Input Data in SAP System
Organizational skills are a must
Filing, answer phones, and other clerical duties as a backup for the shipping coordinator
Similar Industry experience preferred
Assist truck drivers with any questions they may have
All other General Logistics/Customer Service Functions
Be able to communicate with customers
Have discipline to keep and follow up communications with customers.
Be proactive.
Be able to manage employees from load out and documentation.
Have a routine communication with documentation, logistics and production teams.
Work in the Moore county area
Produce documentation with reliability of commercial agreement without errors.
Be dependable to take decisions.
Be hands on
Be able to work independent
Working Conditions:
Office Setting
Employee will work 40 plus hours per week M-F with Saturday work if necessary.
Required skills:
Knowledgeable in SAP, Microsoft Applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook, but not limited to
Loading Controller knowledge
Must have good interpersonal skills
People skills & Listening skills
Flexibility a plus
Be able to speak, write, and read English
Education Requirements (if applicable):
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
