job detailsPosition: Site Services Asset Manager Industry: Portable Sanitation & Site Services We're searching for a seasoned professional with an operations background to join our client's team. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who excels in managing personnel and resources, ensuring top-notch service delivery, and promoting a culture of safety and customer focus. Drug test and background check required.salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities
Maintain the level of staffing needed to meet business needs and objectives.
Collaborating with senior management and the Human Resources department, hire, train, and supervise staff, which includes mentoring, coaching, evaluating performance and addressing disciplinary issues.
Manage department resources to ensure availability.
Conduct routine inventory audits.
Maintain a working knowledge of department equipment, including making field repairs and recognizing when maintenance is required.
Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure the equipment is maintained.
Visit customer sites to conduct inventory counts.
Regularly monitor the work site to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Promote and demonstrate safe operational practices and provide safety training or re-training to staff. Assist with accident investigations.
Attend monthly Safety meetings.
Be available to work weekends or special events as needed.
Promote and demonstrate a customer-focused culture within the department. Other duties as assigned.
