Cougar Marine USA is an 19 year old custom boat builder that is growing. We are looking for experienced fiberglass technicians with skills including gel coating, fiberglass layup, gel coat repairs, tooling and mold making. Experience in rigging boats, outboard motor service is a plus. We offer a M-F work week, paid holidays and vacation and an above average pay scale for the qualified individual. Applicants must be legal residents; read, write and speak English; have their own dependable transportation, clean criminal record, drug free, and be very quality conscious. "Experienced" candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience for higher starting pay, or if less than 3 years the candidate will be considered a trainee.
