We are looking for a very experienced service technician in the San Antonio area who can repair anything in a restaurant. You need to be an expert on cooking equipment and all equipment that has a compressor We would like to make you one of our area managers for the San Antonio market.
If you are the right person here is what you can expect in compensation. You will be given a weekly salary, the best benefits of any company, profit sharing and incentives. For each person that you hire, train and work with: you will receive 10% of the profit which they generate.
If you do the math, once you have hired 10 service techs it is easy to see that you can easily make $250,000.00 per year by working with us as a supervisor. And since San Antonio is the 6th or 7th largest city in the United States, there should be no problem putting anywhere from 20 to 30 techs in that market. How much do you think you could make getting 10% of the profit of 15 techs under you? A LOT MORE THAT 250K A YEAR
But to be clear, we are not a charitable organization. We are a "for profit" company. Your number one job is to hire, train and work with your people and tech them how to make profit. We do not hire anyone who does not already know how to repair restaurant equipment both hot and cold side. And in case you don't know it or in case you are afraid of hard work: this IS NOT a 40 hour a week job. This is a career.
We have no interest in people with Mohawks or blue hair. We have no interest in people with eye brow rings, lip rings, pierced tongues or tattoos on their face. If you want to know how our people should look, just go into any IN N OUT burger and look at any of their employees. That's how good our people should look.
We are looking for professional people.
But; make no mistake. You need to be a great technician, we are not hiring you to fix restaurant equipment. we are hiring you to develop the market and hire other people who already know how to fix restaurant equipment and you will train them how to make money; work with people and do what you can do in terms of your own personal success.
No one in Texas pays better wages or benefits than we do; for YOU and all our employees.
We want you to develop our market in San Antonio and become a leader and we will pay you more money that you ever thought possible.
We have been in Texas for more than 30 years! Chances are good that we will be here another 30. We have the equipment and the assets to make Dallas happen and we have at least $10,000.00 a month that we can spend in that market alone at any time you say you are ready to handle the business!
