This opportunity is in the commercial property management industry. The 'roving" Maintenance Technician will travel between retail, industrial and office buildings around San Antonio to oversee and handle the required maintenance needed at each facility. Daily responsibilities include general maintenance of the exterior properties, keeping sidewalks clean (i.e., sweep or shovel), blowing leaves on sidewalk and parking lots, picking up trash, maintaining dumpster areas, pressure washing, painting as directed, window washing, replacing burnt-out bulbs, report maintenance problem to supervisor ASAP, available for nights and weekends (but not as often as residential) and last but not least, capable of working with various property managers that will be directing daily responsibilities.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM and some evening and weekend emergency hours. We provide mileage reimbursement and salary will be based on your experience. Benefits include paid time off, insurance/dental/vision, 401K and a truly wonderful place to work. Please reply with resume.
