- Should have base understanding around AV technology
- Will manage room upgrades, scheduling with vendors and conf room owners
- Not technical - just need to manage the room upgrades and keep them moving.

- Experience managing conference room upgrades – light understanding of the technology to ensure vendors are not being misleading
