Yesterday I drove by a gas station and saw cigarettes for $2.30. When I looked closer, the sign actually said that I could SAVE $2.30 on every package. I remember when I came to Texas and I noticed that all the car commercials on TV never said the price of the car but instead only talked about the monthly payments.
Seems like some people will say and or do anything to get your attention
So I thought offering you a job for $1.25 an hour might get your attention.
So here is the real story.
I need at least 10 additional service techs to repair restaurant equipment. I am looking for people who can fix restaurant cooking equipment and I am also looking for people whop can fix anything in a restaurant that gets cold. That means AC, refers, freezers, ice machines and walk in coolers and freezers. And of course if you can do both then all the better for both of us.
Are you good with electric? Are you great with HVAC/R? Are you good with a volt meter and an amprobe?
Can you do any of this?
So here is the deal. If you can do this and you are good, smart and great talking to people then here is what you and I can do.
If I hire you then you and I will agree on a staring hourly salary. Then we will implement a monthly raise program for you so that at the end of 12 months you will be at $50.00 per hour pay rate.
Nobody in the world offers you this benefit. And speaking of benefits; we also have all the other benefits that all the other guys have like medical insurance, vacation and some holidays that are paid.
So the bottom line here is that we are an employer who absolutely pays you the highest rates in Texas and we don't give you a bunch of false promises that turn out to be a bunch of BS after you have already put in 11 months and then find out you got screwed
I have a company that I am taking from 5 million a year to 100 million a year in 5 years. Anybody who works for me for those 5 years will in a worst case situation become a millionaire during that time. All you have to do is be very good at what you do and learn how to be better and learn how to make more money
