plumbing apprentices

MF Plumbing is looking to increase employment and is actively looking for the right plumbing apprentices. We have been in business since '93 and take care of the employees that work for us very well. We are very connected to the commercial properties and their contractors that do their work so we are able to maintain thru tough times better than others, as now. Our work area includes the Austin and surrounding central Texas area. We meet at the shop everyday unless the job you are on requires you to show up at said job. We do commercial work only so apprentices with commercial experience is a plus. If you know how to use your hands to work, have common sense, good mode of transportation then we are looking for you. This is a chance for someone who wants to get out of the job they are in for a better work environment with better pay. Yes this is hard work, hot days and sometimes long but the pay is good, one will not go hungry learning a trade, everyone needs someone that knows a trade no matter the times. I do not have many rules other than the obvious ones but if you are a good worker, one that wants to learn and, this is one of the biggest thing in construction, show up on time then we want you. If you worked for the union, do not bother, we do not stand around all day and watch the clock. Please do not over sell yourself, this will only lead you to lose your job very quickly. My guys that are with me know how this company works and if you are a red flag I will know that day so please do not waste your time nor mine if you are only looking for a pay check. We offer paid insurance, paid holidays/vacation and family time off. Our shop is local Austin area, on Burnet rd, which makes it convenient for getting around the area. We are a family type company with guys working with us for more than 15 years. Starting pay will meet the experience of the applicant, and i start with good pay so as i said, do not over sell yourself.
