Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Commercial HVAC Sales / Technician who also has a strong background in Commercial HVAC installations, service and repair. Can utilize Customer / Sales based software like (CRM). The ideal candidate will have HVAC Commercial Sales and Technical experience with installs, service, repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for commercial HVAC services.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Have ability to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues promptly and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC industry.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid HVAC certification and license.
EPA Certification
Associate’s degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent, College accredited HVAC certification or at least
10 Months HVAC Trade School.
