Forman position requires 5 years of verifiable Building Automation/HVAC Controls work and supervisory duties. Technician position requires 2 years of verifiable Building Automation/HVAC Controls experience. Skills needed for both positions are to be able to communicate and collaborate with others, conduit and raceway installation, pulling low voltage cabling, installation of Building Automation/HVAC devices, installation of DDC Panels, termination of DDC Panels, installation of Building Automation Controllers, troubleshooting any issues within the Building Automation System, reading and understanding blueprints and shop drawings.
