Property Size: 325 units (market rate)

Pay Rate: $19 to $21/hour + bonus + benefits

Employment Duration: Full Time

As an Apartment Janitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of our apartment community. Your dedication to ensuring a clean and inviting environment aligns with our mission to provide exceptional living experiences for our residents. You will be responsible for a range of janitorial tasks, from cleaning common areas to ensuring proper waste disposal and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Has multifamily experience in the role of a make ready or maintenance technician.

Demonstrate exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people.

Must be available to rotate on call.

Enjoy working outdoors.

Desire to learn make readies.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

Pool maintenance.

Assist with work orders and unit turns.

Grounds keeping (trash in and trash out).

Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.

Handle emergencies that arise with appropriate communication and follow up.

Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Experience with grounds keeping.

Great attitude and willing spirit.

Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.

Attention to safety.

Good communication and attention to detail.
