Westlake United Methodist Church is looking for a reliable, tech-savvy slide operator to join our Tech/AV team. This part-time, ongoing role supports our Sunday morning worship service by operating ProPresenter to display lyrics, scripture, and other visuals in sync with the service. You’ll be part of a responsive, supportive team that values professionalism and smooth production.
Position Details:
Schedule: Every Sunday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Additional Opportunities: Special services and events throughout the year
Location: Westlake UMC (Austin, TX)
Software: ProPresenter on Mac
Pay: $18/hour
Prior experience in AV or live production is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person. Comfort in a live event setting is important.
