Telstar Services
We repair consumer audio and video equipment, such as tape decks, turntables, amplifiers, VCRs, and video cameras. We have been doing so for twenty-three years. We are looking to hire someone for the following responsibilities:
1) Technician's Assistant: Assist technicians with troubleshooting, setup and takedown of equipment, and internet research.
2) Quality Assurance: Oversee our Quality Assurance department, which includes setup and testing of all repairs.
3) Customer Service: Direct customers in drop off and pick of equipment for repair, and answer customer questions both over the phone and in person.
