Many of our practitioners used to work at Massage Envy, Spas, Salons, etc until they realized they could make 5 or 6 times as much doing THE SAME THING for themselves, while working less hours! They just didn't know where to start. You can rent your own room, and keep EVERYTHING you make! 100% of it is yours, it's your business.
We have several rooms with part time availability. If you’re interested, please get in touch with us ASAP as we only have 6 part time spots available, and we’re showing/booking rooms now. Even though everyone brings in their own clients, because the center is filled with such a variety of practitioners, it makes cross referral really easy.
Our treatment rooms are perfect for both people who are just starting out AND those who are fully established.
Room Details:
SHARED furnished rooms. Each room is set up a little different, with different themes to fit the needs and taste of the practitioners. Most rooms include a massage table, dimming lights, towel warmer, decorations, a rolling stool, CD player, music, baskets, shelving or cabbies to store your stuff and candles. Bigger offices also have a sitting area inside the room itself for client intakes, coaching or counseling sessions.
The wellness center is set up to have a very comfortable and relaxing feel to it, which makes it easy to have a doctor and energy healer feel comfortable to bring both of their clients to the center.
The rooms start at $385 per month. That gets you 5 half days per week (which is 20 to 25 half days a month). A half day is 6am-3pm or 3:30pm-10pm (or take a full day and that’s considered two half days). The days you pick are yours every week, and no one else will be booking into the room at that time. You have the option to add additional half days if the 5 half days are not enough, but we find that most practitioners build a full time business with that time.
Month to Month. No credit check required, we do run a background check.

We have a marketing class that's given to you upon signing up ($275 for non-tenants) that teaches a person how to take their business from absolutely nothing to a fully booked practice within 90 days or less!
