Spa Coordinator – Face to Face Spa at Avery Ranch
Compensation: $17–$20/hour (based on experience) + bonuses + employee discounts
Schedule: 30+ hours/week (must be available Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and check them in/out for scheduled services
Answer phones and assist with booking appointments
Explain spa services and promote memberships to clients
Perform light cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the spa
Support aestheticians and clinicians as needed
Maintain a professional, calming, and friendly atmosphere
Accurately handle transactions and ensure smooth client experiences
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year sales experience (spa/salon/retail preferred)
Saturday availability is required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable interacting with high-end clientele
Professional appearance and demeanor
Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
