Position title: Junior Stylist (All inquiries will be kept confidential)
Experience Required: 2 years + styling experience with a proven base clientele of at least 80 guests + a month and a valid TX cosmetology license.
Business Classification: Employee (Commission)
Compensation: $25 an hour (not including tips) with potential for quarterly retail bonuses. Compensation is based on stylist level of productivity and reevaluated quarterly.
Scheduling options: we are proud to offer our signature 2, 3, Four day schedule, meaning all of our employees work between 16 to 32 hours a week. This position we are looking for a stylist to work 32 hours a week over four dedicated shifts.
Skills and Abilities:
- Confident at color formulating for all color services from but not limited to - Grey Coverage, Highlights, Balayage, Ombré, Sombre, Root tap, Root smudge and color corrections.
- Confident in haircuts of all lengths from long hair to pixies.
-Haircut and Blow dry average service time of 60 min or less.
-Interest in hair extensions, including hand-tied and tape extensions.
