Architectural Tile & Stone is seeking a full time sales person. We are an importer of slabs, turn-key stone slab fabrication/installation company, and distributor of tile for residential homes in the Austin area. We have been in business for 25 years and looking for a sales person to help grow our inside and outside sales. We offer benefits including health insurance and 401K with matching.

Tasks include but not limited to:
-Learn various tile lines and material types and promote them to clients to make sales.
-Create bids, proposals, quotes, and invoices as needed for materials.
-Create schemes to help clients navigate design decisions.
-Organize and maintain stone slab job information folders to provide to scheduler/shop assistant- follow up with shop assistant for scheduling template dates and details associated with each job.
-Assist in creating tile parts to be entered into the system to order desired products.
-Participate in weekly sales meetings.
-Assist with stone slab template layouts on the slabs to get them approved by clients before we fabricate stone.
-Communicate with suppliers and purchasing person to get material lot photos, stock check, freight, or any other questions that clients might have.
-Coordinate change orders to be entered into accounting system and with shop for appropriate invoicing.
Experience:
-Interior Design or Architecture background.
-Must be able to read plans, elevations, sections and details.
-College Education, preferably an Interior Design or Architecture program.
-Must be able to work in the US
-Valid Drivers License
