$400 paid training 2 weeks + Commission structure .
Min 30 hours of training each week.
Training pays – Canvass to lead generation for 2 weeks 1pm – 6pm (Monday – Saturday).
Get through Training & showing some lead generation , prospecting.
Next 2 weeks $400 draws against future commission.
Must turn leads into sales over 28-day review period.
(Leads Provided to people not afraid to prospect)
No Experience but willing to learn. Start with Canvassing. Learn Inspections. Learn a sales presentation process. Learn a lucrative career.
Please Have: (OBLIGATORY)
Truck or Decent vehicle, ladder. Able to run leads, get on roofs, leak detection. If experienced, understand Hail damage, wind damage. Know how to walk on a tile roof if needed. Understand how to do adjuster meetings You must be able to do inspections.
10% Paid to you After Overhead of Project.
NOT AFRAID TO KNOCK A DOOR AND TALK TO PEOPLE.
