Job Description:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting roof inspections, providing estimates, and closing sales. This is a high-earning potential opportunity for individuals who are motivated and enjoy building relationships.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, networking, and referrals
Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed assessments
Educate customers on roofing options and insurance claim processes
Prepare and present estimates to homeowners and business owners
Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the project
Work closely with the production team to ensure successful project completion
Requirements:
Sales experience (roofing or construction sales preferred, but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
