About Us:

We help businesses of all sizes enhance their online presence and achieve their marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients within our target market.

- Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales team to discuss their marketing needs and how our services can help them succeed.

- Sales Support: Provide sales support by gathering and sharing or creating relevant market information and sales collateral.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience: Demonstrated success in previous sales or lead generation roles, showcasing your ability to build relationships and close deals, cold calling.

- Customer service focus: Experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport.

- Self-motivation and drive: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently exceed goals.

- Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with potential clients.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to learn new products, services, and sales techniques.

- Freelance or agency experience: (preferred) Previous experience in freelancing or working within a marketing or sales agency, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. (we us HubSpot)

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base hourly rate of $15 per hour, plus a commission structure based on closed deals.
