We’re a growing outbound company that helps IT companies find prospects. We're looking for a part-time Business Development Rep to help us connect with potential clients and schedule qualified sales appointments. If you’re reliable, enjoy talking to people, and want flexible hours, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using proven scripts
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff
Follow up on previous outreach and document interactions in CRM
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
Schedule:
Part-time: [e.g., 20 hours/week, weekday shifts]
Hybrid: Paid training onsite, then 1 day/week in Austin office, mostly remote
Pay & Perks:
$20/hr starting pay
Paid training with $200 bonus after 30 days of active calling
Weekly pay via direct deposit

Requirements:
Clear and friendly phone communication
Basic computer skills
Reliable attendance and commitment to completing training and shifts
Sales or call experience helpful, not required
