Established Austin multifamily community seeks a Leasing Consultant. He/she will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, leasing units, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units
Process lease applications and conduct background checks on prospective tenants
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of rental payments and deposits
Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures with tenants
Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants
