Job Description:
As a Canvasser for Roof Inspections at Roofing Clinic, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our roofing inspection services through door-to-door canvassing. You will play a crucial role in connecting with homeowners, educating them about our services, and booking appointments for our inspection team.
We do things a little different than your average company.
You will NOT be solo out in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Engage with homeowners to promote our roofing inspection services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Educate customers about the benefits of our inspections and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments booked, and customer interactions through our CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment booking / door knocking targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to succeed.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and interacting with homeowners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

1099/COMMISSION ONLY POSITION
$50/per inspection / appointment
2% COMMISSION ON GROSS REVENUE
$500 TRAINING/SIGN ON - BONUS (5-DAYS)
Weekly Bonus:
$250 - 100% attendance + 500 doors knocked
(Only one per week - depending on performance - below)
$500 - 10 appointments
$750 - 15 appointments
$1,000 - 25 appointments
