Parts Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. This role starts as a hands-on position focused on managing and organizing the parts department, with the opportunity to grow into a managerial role as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
-Receive, label, and stock incoming parts accurately.
-Assist technicians by pulling and preparing parts needed for service jobs.
-Keep shelves and storage areas organized and clean.
-Track inventory levels daily and help with cycle counts.
-Support with orders, returns, and vendor pickups/deliveries.
-Communicate with sales and service teams to ensure parts availability.
-Provide input on ways to improve efficiency and reduce stock issues.
Growth Path:
With strong performance, this role can grow into supervising inventory processes, managing vendor relationships, and leading the parts team.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a parts department, warehouse, or dealership preferred (but not required).
