Community Coordinator – Job Description
Job Summary:
A Community Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are the timely acquisition of municipal permits and the assembly and coordination of start packages for the construction team.
Core Responsibilities:
Obtain Permits in a Timely Manner
Process Customer Contracts
Order Architectural and Foundation plans
Obtain and maintain Energy Ratings, Architectural Control Approvals & Green Building certifications as required per community.
Submit Utility Applications for Water & Electrical Meters.
Submit Commercial & Residential Permit Applications to Municipalities
Order Right of Way Permits – City of Austin, Hays & Travis County.
Process Change Orders and Selections Contract Addendums’
Coordinate New Community Start Ups
Manage House Files for Communities
Pay reinspection fees.
Support Field Team
Assemble Home Start Packets
Upload Start Packets to BuildPro Construction management Software
Maintain Digital House Files
Core Competencies:

Basic computer skills as well as skills in specialized software as trained by Milestone.
