We are seeking a full-time Assistant to join our team at Wiring Connection inc. Our company works directly with Spectrum Cable and other internet providers, doing aerial and underground construction, maintenance for fiber optic cables.
Responsibilities include:
Handling billing, invoicing, and payroll
Preparing and maintaining documents in excel, word, PDF
General office duties to support day-to-day operations
Use of exclusive billing software for clients
Qualifications:
Experience with Excel, Office 365 required
Prior office administration experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
