Job Description:
As an Office Admin / Customer Service Representative at Software Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients and provide prompt assistance or redirect as needed.
- Manage client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and a positive customer experience.
- Handle office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate logistics for team functions.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Provide support to management and other departments as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
