Full-Time Park Manager
We are seeking a reliable and professional individual or couple to join our team in a full-time role. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in a serene, natural setting while contributing to a welcoming, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Property Maintenance & Upkeep
General property care, including bathhouse and shower facilities
Daily housekeeping and cleaning to maintain high standards
Grounds upkeep and assistance with outdoor projects
Repair and resolve maintenance issues within capability; coordinate subcontractors or vendors as needed
Report larger maintenance issues to management for approval
Collect and enter meter readings monthly while performing thorough site checks
Maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of all property facilities, laundry areas, restrooms, showers, and outbuildings
Keep personal and shared spaces neat and orderly
Guest Services & Hospitality
Answer phones, respond to emails, and book guest reservations
Greet arrivals, complete check-in procedures, and manage guest departures/check-outs
Provide warm and professional hospitality to all guests
Manage guest rules and ensure community standards are followed
Handle guest emergencies at all hours with professionalism and care
Administrative & Office Management
Maintain office hours and ensure accessibility outside office hours
Manage money controls, collections, daily close-outs, deposits, and reporting
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly guest reservations, ensuring correct charges are applied
Complete follow-through on late cancellations, no-shows, site changes, and late notices when required
Prepare and deliver notices to vacate as needed
Manage mail for the property
Prevent double bookings by managing and blocking future reservations appropriately
Daily work documentation, including photos and reports uploaded to Teams
Demonstrate timely and professional communication with guests, colleagues, and supervisors
Standards & Ethics
Comply with company policies, ethics, and standards
Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow company rules
Take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and guest-friendly environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in property maintenance, guest services, or hospitality (preferred)
Strong construction, plumbing, or electrical skills (plus)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with both physical outdoor work and administrative office duties
Strong communication and people skills
Integrity, honesty, and dedication are required
Ability to live on-site in your own RV, van, or tiny home
Commitment to a clean, drug-free environment
