Front Office Staff

Busy automotive body shop in one of our South Austin shops is seeking a full-time front office customer service representative. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, reconciling invoices, handling receivables, checking in and out customers and coordinating Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one stop service to all customers. Providing great customer service to our customers. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30. Pay 16.00 -20.00 an hour- depending on experience.
