Customer Service Coordinator opening for a cleaning service in Austin, TX
Temp to Hire
Mon-Fri, 8am-6:30pm ( 8 hour shifts) and rotating Saturday
Location: North Austin
Key Duties:
Assign daily routes to service technicians
Coordinate steam cleaning operations
Manage records and communications
Order supplies and prepare invoices
Schedule and handle customer concerns
Track materials and maintain databases
Other duties as assigned by management
Skills Needed:

Fast paced with high call volume
Reliable and team-oriented
Excellent time management
$19 - $20 hour – increase at conversion
