General Duties Include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Accounts receivable and payable
Creating invoices for construction work completed
Collect and verify payroll information: Gather timesheets and ensure accuracy in employee work hours.
Process payroll data: Calculate wages, deductions, and prepare employee compensation.
Maintain payroll records: Keep accurate records of payroll transactions and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Respond to inquiries: Address questions regarding taxes, deductions, and employee benefits.
Distribute payment statements: Issue paychecks to employees and provide payment statements.
Maintaining office equipment, ordering office supplies
Organizing files and vehicle paperwork
Petty Cash disbursement
Bill Pay
Bank Deposits
Mail disbursement
Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel.
Proficient in office software and technology.
Excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in office software and technology.
Knowledge of Telecommunication Construction a plus but not necessary
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
