Our goal is to maintain a safe and efficient workspace, ensuring smooth operations and a well-kept facility.Position Summary:As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for providing general property and building maintenance services. Your role is crucial in ensuring the facility operates effectively and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining equipment, fixtures, and systems.Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facilities to identify and address potential issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the facility.Assist with basic repairs and improvements as needed.Collaborate with other team members to support facility operations.Qualifications:Experience in general property/building maintenance is required.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently.Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems is preferred but not required.Opportunities for professional developmentIf interested, please send a resume to Melissa Doughertymeld227@kellyservices.com
