Locally owned family of bars with three Austin locations is looking to hire a local part time contract person to assist us with our calendar listing, social media creation/scheduling, and email marketing. Responsibilities include:
-Review our event calendars and create fliers and stories (Canva experience is a big plus)
-Using the fliers, list events on our websites (Wix), Google, Do512, and Facebook Events
-Schedule event social media stories for the month
-Write and schedule weekly emails of upcoming events and specials at each location
-Visit each location once or twice a month on a Friday or Saturday night to film content for 2 Reels & TikToks (15-20 seconds each) to be posted weekly from each bar
We’ll still handle all of our customer communications and reply to emails, comments and reviews. We’ve budgeted $1,000 from each bar totaling $3,000/month.
Submit a resume with examples of past work. (Newsletters, links to social media, etc) Our bars are chill neighborhood hangouts so we're looking for someone who gets our vibe. We envision this is a good side hustle for a creative and organized person who has a social life.
