Position Title: Marketing & Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)
Also referred to as: Business Operations Coordinator or Virtual Operations Specialist
Please Note:
– This opportunity is open only to U.S. residents
– Applicants must be 25 years of age or older
What You’ll Do:
Conduct industry and competitor research
Collect and structure marketing and sales data
Track project milestones and internal checklists
Prepare summary reports and internal documentation
Support the onboarding of tools and internal systems
Work directly with our operations team to streamline internal processes
What We’re Looking For:
U.S.-based candidates, age 25+
Prior experience in admin, research, virtual assistance, or operations
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized
Fluent in written and spoken English
Available during U.S. business hours
Job Details:
$65,000/year (W-4 employment)
Part-time: 15–20 hours/week
100% remote
Flexible scheduling

Involvement in real marketing research projects with U.S. clients
