We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Telecom Construction Helper. This position involves assisting in both civil and aerial construction within the telecom industry. While experience is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with civil construction tasks, including new concrete work and concrete restoration.
Participate in aerial construction activities.
Work with wood forms, sub-base levels, rebar installation, concrete pouring, and surface finishing.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in construction or telecom construction preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of concrete work is an advantage.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
