Enchanted Fairies is more than a Magical Fine Art Portrait Studio that caters to children all
over the USA, we are a MOVEMENT of change and goodwill! We hope to keep donating to
kid's charities as a part of our mission.
Because of the family-oriented wholesome nature of our company, we are seeking someone
who has the ability to understand how to create magical experiences that speak to the human
heart of a child in a luxurious setting.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WITH A HEART . . .
We are NOT looking for an experienced photographer. We are looking for someone who can
capture fun, exciting, dreamy, and magical experiences for our guests. ABSOLUTELY no
experience is required. We are seeking someone who has that special ability make connections
with children and can create a wholesome environment that makes everyone feel welcome.
COMPENSATION
$14+ an hour plus bonuses. We are doing something truly different. We are hiring based on how
fun, focused, and how magical of service you can deliver. This is a position for the ONE magical
person that is looking for a career change.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Creating a UNIQUE magical experience for both the children and parents. COME ALIVE during
your photo session and capture magical moments parents will cherish for a lifetime. Our sessions
feel like playtime!
Correctly pose and position the children with correct lighting for each pose.
Greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure. Both checking in and checking out.
Capture photos, save photos and set up zoom portrait presentation for clients.
Keep photo studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean so that each fairy and warrior has
a consistent and pleasant experience. Put dresses and costumes away after each photo session to
help maintain their integrity.
CREATING THE MAGIC
In order to provide a magical and unforgettable experience for the children and their parents, we
are looking for someone with that unique “something” that makes you stand out. Do you have
what it takes?!
Be a self-starter.
Must have High level of emotional intelligence.
Must have PERSONALITY and a great work ethic.
Must want to be part of something that creates a HUGE impact.
Must be EAGER to learn and absorb new information and concepts.
Must be able to HAVE FUN with children and be focused.
Paid training will be provided
Part time position
Work days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9:30am-7pm.
Pay: $14+ per hour. There is some flexibility with weekday work hours.
SELF STARTER
Once trained, you will be responsible for the care the portrait sessions, some administrative work,
studio and prop maintenance. You will be virtually supervised, so self-discipline is a must.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Absolutely no experience is required. However, the shy need not apply. This is a role where you are called upon to make a child comfortable and get them to smile. Sometimes this means making silly faces and projecting lots of energy.
