Job Duties are as follows:
Demonstrates Leadership Qualities and Integrity with Good Decision-Making
Working Knowledge of the car wash industry preferred
Management & Customer Service experience
Ability to deliver Quality, Timely Service
Intermediate Maintenance skillsets preferred (a mechanical aptitude a plus)
Ability to train and develop your team
Maximizes Sales with focus on Labor efficiency
A successful applicant will be expected to work at least 50 hours a week, including most weekends and have the ability to be flexible, proactive, and with an attention to detail.
