The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our community running smoothly. From daily work orders to turning apartments for new residents, your work directly shapes the living experience.
What You’ll Do
Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
Complete make-ready turns efficiently and professionally
Maintain exterior grounds, and common areas
Respond to resident requests and emergencies in a timely manner
Inspect property regularly for safety and code compliance
Work with vendors/contractors when needed
On-call when needed.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years apartment/community maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
EPA certification preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Travel between multiple properties to complete maintenance requests
Professional communication, strong work ethic, and teamwork
